   Stacey Bruce, PHR - President Stacey Bruce, PHR has been elected President. Stacey is a Human Resource Specialist at the Manufacturers' Association of Northwest Pennsylvania where she began her career in 1993. The Manufacturers' Association is dedicated to providing information and services to its more than 4,500 member companies that will assist them in the pursuit of their business and community interests. Stacey is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She received her PHR certification in 2001 and 2006. Stacey served as the HRMA Secretary in 2006.
