   Scott Bruce is the Director of Operations and a Program Officer for the Nautilus Institute's US office, located at the University of San Francisco Center for the Pacific Rim.Scott is the co-editor of NAPSNet, Program Officer for the Institute's Global Disclosure Program, and Manager of the US Office.
   
   Scott was trained as a historian at both Queens University in Belfast, where he studied Anglo/Irish historiography, and at the University of California, Berkeley where he finished his B.A. Since the completion of his studies he has worked or performed research for the Berkeley Historical Society and the University of California Office of the President.Scott is currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts in Asia Pacific Studies (MAPS) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) programs at the University of San Francisco.
