   Lawrence specialises in advising on construction law, procurement issues and infrastructure projects including PPP projects. He has advised on a wide range of projects including power stations, retail developments, hospitals and wind farms. He acts for both the public and private sectors in various industry sectors.
   
   Lawrence lectures on PFI/PPP for King's College, London and is on the panel of law lecturers for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He speaks frequently on PFI/PPP and construction issues and has spoken at a symposium in Vienna on international PFI/PPP projects.

   Lawrence advises both public bodies and private sector clients on a wide range of commercial transactions including infrastructure projects, retail and mixed use developments and PFI / PPP projects. Examples of current and recent projects on which he has advised include the redevelopment of Kings Cross/St Pancras, power projects in Spain, retail, office and hospital developments, transport projects, engineering and construction projects in the UK and overseas and PFI / PPP projects in the health, transport and local authority sectors.
   
   In addition to advising on projects and developments he advises on all aspects of construction law including the drafting and negotiating of construction and engineering documentation from standard form contracts such as JCT, ICE and FIDIC to bespoke forms of building contract and ancillary documentation, health and safety issues and procurement law.
   
   Lawrence lectures on PPP at King's College London and has written and spoken extensively on PFI / PPP and construction issues including being published in the International Construction Law Review and speaking at the Construction Law Summer School held by IBC Conferences. Recently he was a guest speaker at a Symposium in Vienna on international PPP projects and in Toronto on behalf of IFSL promoting PFI / PPP projects.
   
   He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the King's College Construction Law Association and is admitted as a solicitor and barrister in Australia.
