Bill Bruce - Director of Engineering
Bill Bruce joined ICS in early 2002, bringing a diverse engineering and management experience that spans twenty-five years in development and design engineering.
Mr. Bruce began his professional career in the research and development engineering organizations at IBM and Xerox, where he was involved in the early investigation of digital imaging systems. In 1983, he began a 14-year career with Eastman Kodak Company, serving in various engineering roles related to the commercialization of duplicating and printing products. Mr. Bruce managed design engineering activities, involving supervision of multi-discipline engineering teams and cross-functional development projects.
In 1994, Mr. Bruce assumed responsibility for the day-to-day operation of worldwide engineering support functions in Kodak's Office Imaging Division. As Director of Customer Service and Support, he managed the operation of a Technical Assistance Center that provided Field Technicians and Customers with access to technical support through remote access and on-site assistance. In 1999, Mr. Bruce joined Imaging Technologies Corporation as Director of Technical Support and Customer Service and later as Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services, where he was responsible for product development, quality assurance, technical support and customer service for non-impact printers, embedded controllers and application software.
Mr. Bruce holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York -
