   The Office of the President is currently occupied by Benjamin Bruce of Ziphen, Benjaland.

   On the day Niwic was created, December 28th, 2002, Benjamin Bruce was unanimously elected by the other provincial governors to be the first president of the Republic of Niwic. In the 2003 elections, he ran against Doyle Bruce, Governor of Daddyland, and won all the votes except those from Daddyland. In the 2004 elections, he ran against Doyle Bruce again, winning 70% of the vote. Benjamin Bruce is still the President, in his last term (as dictated by the Constitution) and he lives in the Capital of Benjaland, Ziphen. The Presidential Office is in the National Capital of Niwic, Inaduh, Province of Vipers. As well as being the President of Niwic, Benjamin is also the Governor of Benjaland, and the Director of the Department of Licence Plates.
