   Cyndy Brucato, a spokesperson for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, said the chamber has sought the Taxpayers League's input on a future transportation package. Common goals include making transportation as efficient as possible and eliminating bottlenecks that hamper the speedy appropriation of dollars, she said.
   
   "That has been a big component of the chamber's transportation packages for several years," Brucato said. "And the Taxpayers League has had that goal as well. So it's not as unlikely a match as it would appear on the surface."
   
   The Associated General Contractors of Minnesota - a key member of the transportation coalition - noted in a recent memorandum that it's leading an effort to "find common ground" with Taxpayers League representatives about "how to pay for maintaining and upgrading the state's transportation infrastructure."
