   Matt Brubaker was the first lead pastor of Terra Nova Christian Community.
   ...
   Matt coached a launch team of ten people as Terra Nova clarified its vision and organized as a faith community in Worcester. He now continues to coach the Leadership Co-Op and oversees the teaching component of weekly worship gatherings.
   
   Matt is also a leadership and organization development consultant. He is the managing partner of Terra Nova Partners [ www.terranova-partners.com ], and has also worked extensively in congregations on leadership development and conflict resolution projects.
   
   Matt holds a BA in Youth Ministries & Biblical Studies from Eastern College and an MA from UMASS Boston in Conflict Resolution. He is currently completing a doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University. Matt, his wife Tracy, and their daughters Maura and Madeleine live on Mower Street in Worcester.

   Matt Brubaker, Director of Reconciliation Ministries Matt holds a BA in Youth Ministries & Biblical Studies from Eastern College and a Master's in Conflict Resolution from UMASS Boston. He has eight years of experience in local church ministry -- serving as youth pastor and associate pastor.
