   Brubaker began her aerospace career working for airlines, including Comair and Republic, which later became Northwest Airlines.In 1986 she broadened her experience by joining original equipment manufacturer McDonnell Douglas.In 1996, AlliedSignal recruited her to the supplier side of the industry, where she served in a variety of management and executive positions.Brubaker's career continued to flourish following the company's 1999 merger with Honeywell, where she also served as vice president, Marketing, Sales and Sales Support Operations; and vice president/general manager of its Air Transport and Regional business.
   
   Brubaker's career spans four major corporate mergers in the aerospace industry.She played key roles in negotiations, along with leading the arguments and processes through the Department of Justice and European Union regulatory authorities.Brubaker currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Wings Club, a leading non-profit aerospace organization; and the West Meadows Ditch Company.She also served on the Board of Cordiem, a business-to-business exchange.
   
   A native of Ohio, Brubaker earned a bachelor's degree in education, physics and math and a Master of Business Administration in international trade and finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.
