   Ms. Brubaker serves as executive vice president of Rochester operations and government programs for Preferred Care and MVP Health Care.She is also the president of Preferred Health Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of MVP Health Care.
   
   Ms. Brubaker has more than 22 years of leadership experience in the Rochester health care market.Prior to joining Preferred Care in 1999, Ms. Brubaker served as executive director of the Monroe County Medical Society and the Genesee Valley Medical Foundation.
   
   Ms. Brubaker earned her master's degree in health service administration from the University of Michigan's School of Public Health and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Iowa State University's College of Arts and Sciences.
   
   Her community activities include the Board of Directors and Finance Committees of the United Way, Greater Rochester Enterprise, Planned Parenthood and the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film.In 2005, she received the Rochester Business Journal's "Women of Influence Award."
