   Mr. Brozina has worked in the U. S. electric utility industry, in operating, sales and marketing capacities, and as a founding Principal of Tangibl LLC. His operating experience includes electric transmission and distribution field engineering supervision and corporate office staff assignments for a major U.S. utility company. His sales and marketing experience includes 11 years of direct sales to the utility and large industrial/commercial markets for a premium manufacturer of medium and high-voltage electrical equipment. Mr. Brozina has also worked in sales management and business development for two unregulated affiliates of another large U.S. utility company. Mr. Brozina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance from Drexel University. He is a member of IEEE and ASME, and is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey.
