Steve first came to Costa Rica in 1994 as a biology student with the University of California, San Diego.After graduating and working as a business consultant in San Diego, he and his wife spent a year exploring Central America before settling in the Tamarindo area where he worked with one of the "big box" realty companies long enough to learn that a more personalized approach that emphasizes the client's needs was needed.With three years experience in the Tamarindo Real Estate market and fluency in Spanish, Steve seeks out hard-to-find investment opportunities for our clients.
