   Joel Broyhill joined ERA as Vice President of Membership in 2004, bringing over 12 years of association management and sales experience to the association. Prior to joining ERA, Joel held a leadership position as a Client Executive with Information Management Consultants, a leading integrator of business solutions, where he managed a multi-million dollar commercial portfolio that included such notable accounts as Harley Davidson Financial Services.
   
   Before joining IMC, Joel worked for the Consumer Electronics Association as its Director of Market Research where he managed operations for a million dollar research program. While at CEA, Joel played an instrumental role in expanding the association's non-dues revenue program as a founding member and Director of Business Development for CEA's research consulting subsidiary, eBrain Market Research.
   
   Joel holds a B.S. in Management Science with a concentration in MIS and Operations Management and an MBA from Virginia Tech.

   Joel Broyhill has joined Inserso, a provider of e-business and application integration solutions, as vice president of business relations. Most recently, Broyhill served as director of business development for eBrain, a subsidiary of the Consumer Electronics Association.
