   Dave Brownstein, President Dave joined Neulogic in April 2002 as part of Neulogic's shift to a product-centered software firm. He is responsible for Neulogic's day-to-day operations as well as strategic direction. With over 18 years experience in the application software, information systems, professional services and Internet industries, Dave plays the role of the "serious one" on the management team.
   
   In 1990, he was a founding partner of NewMedia, Inc. an information technology professional services and education firm, where he remained through 1997. As a member of the senior management team, Dave was responsible for launching new branches and supporting the growth of the two largest branches, located in Columbus and Cleveland. During that time, NewMedia was among the fastest growing privately held firms in the U.S., listed on the Inc. 500 for three consecutive years, in 1996, 1997 and 1998.
   
   In 1998, Dave founded UVG, Ltd., a consulting firm serving software and Internet startup companies.

He has held management positions with General Dynamics Corporation and Symix (now Frontstep). Lichi holds a B.S. Degree from DeVRY Institute of Technology in Electronics Engineering Technology and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
