   Mr. Brownlee graduated from North Texas State University in 1965 with a BBA degree in Banking and Finance.
   
   He began his insurance career in 1966 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with Fireman's Fund American Insurance company. In 1969, he was an. underwriter in the Excess and special Risk department.
   
   Mr. Brownlee joined Maxson Mahoney Turner in 1970 and became Vice-President and partner in 1974. He became Executive Vice-President in 1978.
