Tom Browning has been teaching guitar in the Louisville area for thirty years, and has been on staff at Mel Owen since 1985. He has studied under Nelson Keyes, Moritz Bomhard, Don Murray, and Jimmy Raney, and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition from Bellarmine University.
