SANDRA L. BROWNELL
Ms. Brownell graduated with honors from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Brownell was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for her achievement in civil procedure. She is a member of the Order of the Colt. Ms. Brownell graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Cortland. She holds a Masters Degree from Syracuse University, where she was a National Science Foundation research participant. Additionally, Ms. Brownell was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Fellowship at Oregon State University where she continued her graduate studies. While at Syracuse University, she was recognized for her Micro Biology research which was published.
Presently Ms. Brownell is an instructor of Fundamental Legal Studies in the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego. Prior to joining the Law Firm of Zampi and Associates, Ms. Brownell was a math and science educator in New York and California. She has also been recognized as a Teacher. Additionally, National University also recognized her commitment and expertise in planning and delivering effective classroom instruction when they honored her by awarding her with the Distinguished Master Teacher Award.
Ms. Brownell is intimately familiar with the California Standards for the Teaching Professions and is trained in the CFASST (California Formative Assessment and Support System for Teachers) process of professional growth.
