   Browne received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, majoring in Finance.In 1996, he received his Masters of Management from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing.

Browne to the position of President and CEO.Browne is the former President of Miltex Surgical Instruments, a division of Integra LifeSciences of Plainsboro, NJ, a leading provider of surgical instruments to the alternate site marketplace.Browne replaces David O.    In addition to his role as President with Miltex, Browne served as an officer on the boards of both the GmbH business unit and the core Miltex business.Prior to serving as President, Browne was Executive Vice President responsible for the world-wide sales and marketing of Miltex's complete product line.
