   Remi J. Browne, CFA, is a co-portfolio manager for Founders' large-cap international funds. In this role, he and colleague Jeffrey Sullivan co-manage the Dreyfus Founders International Equity Fund and the foreign portion of the Dreyfus Founders Worldwide Growth Fund. Mr. Browne is also a senior vice president and a member of the portfolio management team for Global Equity, International Core and International Small Cap Equity strategies at The Boston Company Asset Management, LLC ("The Boston Company"), an affiliate of Founders Asset Management LLC. He is also responsible for conducting research covering the financial sector for The Boston Company.
   
   Prior to joining The Boston Company, Mr. Browne served as Director of International Equities with Ark Asset Management where his duties included creating and managing all international equity strategies. He also served on their Board of Directors. Previous to that role, Mr. Browne was the Head of Global Active Equities at State Street Bank where he was responsible for all active equity strategies, including domestic, international and global equities, as well as tactical asset allocation and currency management.
   
   Mr. Browne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in math and economics from Colby College, a master's in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
