  Mr. Browne received a master's degree from St. Mary's University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
  
  As founder of the Pittsburgh chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning, he has overseen the organization's growth to more than 300 local members.
  
  Mr. Browne is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Practitioner, a member of The Financial Planner Association, and a member of The Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners.He was recognized by his peers in 1985 as the Northeast Regional CFP of the Year.
  
  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of corporations.
