   Jack Browne (jbrowne@uamind.com) was a registered representative for Investment Management and Research, Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida, prior to the formation of UAMIND. Earlier, he held the same position at Financial Service Corporation of America in Atlanta. Mr. Browne received a master's degree from St. Mary's University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. As founder of the UAMIND venture capital for Financial Planning, he has overseen the growth for more than ten years. Mr. Browne is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Practitioner, a member of The Financial Planner Association, and a member of The Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners. He was recognized by his peers in 1995 as the presidential club CFP of the Year. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of corporations.
