   E. John P. Browne has been a director of Intel since 1997. He has been a Managing Director since 1991 and Group Chief Executive since 1995 of BP plc, a provider of energy and petrochemicals.
   
   Mr. Browne is also a director of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and a Trustee of the British Museum.
