A skilled technologist, Terry Brown helped pioneer technological breakthroughs in the 24P high definition format, postproduction workflows and High Definition Digital Laboratory services during his 21-year tenure with LA-based LaserPacific.In 2001 he shared credit for a Scientific and Technological Emmy awarded to the firm for its significant contributions to the creation of 24P High Definition technology.In 2005 he resigned his position as VP Engineering to return to the east coast taking a position with Technicolor as Sr. VP World Wide Technology, where he continued to pioneer new technology development for TV and Theatrical film post-production.When Technicolor required him to return full time to Los Angeles, he decided to resign and remain in the New York area.
