"At this point, we really feel like we need to make a change based on what has transpired in the past season and a half," said Pride President Bob Brown."We are certainly not where we want to be in terms of a win-loss standpoint and we don't feel like we're playing to where the level of our talent is.For that reason, we think a change of a few faces will do the organization some good."

No new assistant coaches have yet been hired, and Brown, Silcott and General Manager Trey Reeder will be involved in that selection process.
