A leading provider of activity management business system software to wireless carriers and other network operators, announces the appointment of Diane Brown as Director of Client Management.Diane brings more than 10 plus years in the telecommunications industry, most recently as Vice President of Global Customer Services at Marconi Wireless.Diane was solely responsible for setting up Marconi's OSS Brazilian operation from scratch.Prior to taking over this role, she managed all operations for their OSS Division, including a $23M P&L along with 140 employees.Prior to Marconi, she was a Senior Project Manager at Metapath Software.She also had significant tenures in Project Management at GTE and US West.
