Diane is employed in the capacity of Risk Consultant to the RiskLink Group.Diane assists clients in the identification, assessment and control of their occupational safety and health risks with the aim of reducing accidents and incidents with in order to positively impact on business operations, legal compliance, and risk management and workers ' compensation insurance costs.Diane is an experienced occupational safety and health and injury management practitioner.

Diane started her career in education as a teacher including educational work experience in New Zealand and the UK.Following completion of post graduate qualifications in occupational safety and health (OSH) risk management, Diane was employed in Australia by an international gold mining company operating both underground and open cut mines and processing operations in the capacity of OSH Coordinator.

In this role Diane gained general OSH and management experience being responsible for OSH management system implementation, hazard management and risk assessment processes, incident management, emergency management, and injury management.

In 1998 Diane joined the Perth operations of the insurance company QBE Australia Pty Ltd in the capacity of Risk Manager providing safety and health and public liability services to a wide variety of QBE's corporate clients.Diane's experience and focus was on the assessment of clients to determine risk levels for insurance placements, and the provision of selected OSH and risk management services and training to improve the accident and incident performance of clients.The OSH team at QBE assisted in reducing workers' compensation premium costs for QBE clients and became an integral client service for QBE Insurance Australia branches nationally.

In 2005 Diane joined the risk consultancy company, RiskLink Group.
