Mr. Amanda Welch Brown

Their first daughter Amanda was born Aug. 16, 1978 and was followed soon after by Christina on Dec. 27, 1979.Some of the proudest moments of Dwayne's life were watching Amanda graduate from Texas A&M, walking Chrissy down the aisle during her married to Jimmy Turrubiate of Dickinson, and the births of his two grandsons from their union, Noah and Micah.

Mr. Brown was owner of Brown Paving Contractors for 25 years.He was a member of the Norwood Heights Baptist Church where he served as deacon.He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II.
