Allen Brown has been heavily involved in the Ottawa soccer scene for the past 22 years as both a player and a coach.
As a former EODSA staff coach and current OISC staff member, Allen has trained numerous players from the region that have gone on to play with US College (NCAA division 1) and CIS varsity teams, as well as with the Ontario Provincial and Canadian National Training Programs.
Within club soccer, Allen coached the 1985 Ottawa International boys team for eleven years, capturing a Tier 1 Ontario Provincial Title in 2002, becoming only the second boys team from Ottawa to accomplish this feat.
Allen is currently an OSA staff coach / course conductor, holding a provincial B License and an NCCP Level III designation.
He is currently in his second year as an assistant coach with the University of Ottawa women's soccer team, and third year as an assistant coach with the Ottawa Internationals Men's Premier Team.
From a professional standpoint, Allen holds an undergraduate degree in Statistical Science and an MBA specializing in Management Information Systems.
Currently, he is completing a Doctorate degree in Information Systems at Carleton University .
