   Jonathan Brooks has served as a director on our board of directors since May 1, 2004.Mr. Brooks is currently a director of e2v Technologies plc, which develops sensor technology, and Aveva Group plc, a leading software provider to the plant, power and marine industries, both of which are listed on the LSE.He is also Chairman of Picochip Inc., a private equity backed company developing semiconductor solutions for wireless applications and a director of Sophos Plc, an enterprise IT security and control company.Between 1995 and 2002, Mr. Brooks was Chief Financial Officer and a director of ARM Holdings plc, a company which listed on the LSE and NASDAQ National Market in 1998.Prior to this, Mr. Brooks performed a variety of financial roles for the Accor Group S.A. in London and Paris.Mr. Brooks holds a Bachelor's degree in economic and social science from the University of Wales and an MBA from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
