Brook replied that he is not sure what is expected in terms of the design for the drainage. He does not know if CalTrans has yet developed it to that degree of specificity. He stated he appreciates there normally would be some working vents somewhere in the wall but at this point he cannot give an answer.MacLeod explained her reason for asking was because eventually if there are regular points coming through they will have marks coming down the wall, and if there is a way to make them random it would be nice.Brook stated they anticipate doing a collection system to pick up the drainage that is already occurring on the slope and it is all going to be piped and enclosed, and they are engaged in a discussion with the County about the County accepting and maintaining that improved system after they have finished the project. He promised to ask them if they are going to have something within the wall as a feeder to that system.
There being no comments from the public, Vice-Chair Crew called for Board discussion.
