Steve, originally from Pennsylvania, came to California after his tour in the Army.Both his undergraduate and graduate work in Public Administration was done at San Diego State University.For the past 25 years Steve has developed a banking expertise in the escrow, title insurance and real estate areas.Prior to his eight years with Western Security Bank, he held senior positions at Metrobank and Mercantile National Bank.Steve and his wife Terri live in Pasadena.

Broadwater , Senior Credit Administration OfficerStephen is a native of Los Angeles and has lived in Southern California all his life.He began his banking career in operations at Bank of America.After graduating from Fresno State College with a BS in business, Stephen worked for Wells Fargo Bank where he learned lending and became a branch manager.His independent banking experience includes branch management and commercial / SBA lending positions at California Overseas Bank, First Coastal Bank, and Spectrum Bank.Stephen has also worked as a contractor to three independent banks providing commercial loan underwriting services.
