In the afternoon session, representatives from several ISO's including Cherie Broadrick of ERCOT, David Laplante of ISO NE, Andy Ott of PJM, Roberto Paliza of the MISO and Don Watkins of the Seams Steering Group - Western Interconnection (SSG-WI) gave their views on ISO software experiences.
