Moldova is located between Romania and the Ukraine. The language spoken is Moldavian and the majority of older children and adults also speak Russian and Romanian.
Clients who adopted using our Moldova program in the past raved about the warm hospitality and wonderful experience that our Moldova team provided them during their adoption journey. We hope that Moldova and the United States are able to quickly work out an agreement which will once again allow international adoptions of Moldavian orphans by US citizens.
