   Gerard has led the Zerusa organization from the initial formation stages of the company, it's fund raising activities, the development of the company's Guardian® hemostasis valve and future products which are under development. Prior to Zerusa, Ger worked at Boston Scientific Ireland, Galway facility. He held senior management positions in project and production management and was the Program Manager for the Taxus drug eluting stent program. Before Boston Scientific, he was employed in the United States at Ciba-Geigy Corporation in product development, technology transfer, marketing and commercialization. He received a B.S. in Chemistry from Kingston University in the United Kingdom, M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Florida State University, U.S.A., and an Marketing MBA from Auburn University, U.S.A..

   December 3, 2005 - Zerusa Limited Announces United States Food & Drug Administration Marketing Clearance for the Guardian Hemostasis Valve
   
   Galway, Ireland, December 3, 2005. Zerusa Limited announced today that it has received United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) Marketing Clearance for its Guardian hemostasis valve. The Company will be implementing a market evaluation plan to assess the Guardian in the U.S. market. Upon completion of market evaluation cases the Company plans to stage geographical introductions within the U.S.
