   He brings over 22 years of experience in the occupational pensions delivery arena to Higham Dunnett Shaw. The most recent of which was over two years as Operations Director for a large Australian subsidiary of a US-based consultancy where he managed 300 actuaries, consultants and administrators servicing major clients such as Holden (General Motors), Toyota and the NSW Local government pension plans.
   
   Prior to his time in Australia, Phillip actively supported NAPF at both local and national levels through participation in committees and events.
