   Mr. Bressler is a partner in the firm's Tort and Insurance Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of insurance coverage litigation and products liability litigation, including medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. Mr. Bressler defends drug and device companies in product liability litigation. He also represents life, health and disability carriers statewide and regionally in a wide-range of matters, such as contract interpretation, bad faith, rescission, and regulatory controversies. His work encompasses litigation at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Mr. Bressler served as national counsel for a raw material supplier in mass tort (TMJ implant) litigation. He has also been regional and Arizona counsel in other nationwide litigation, including bone screws, hip implants and latex gloves.

   Mr. Bressler formerly chaired the Life, Health and Disability Subcommittee of the ABA TIPS Insurance Committee. He also formerly co-chaired the Products Liability Committee of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC). He has spoken on various issues in these areas, including disability litigation and coverage for the controversial high dose chemotherapy with autologous bone marrow transplant and other insurance issues.
   
   He is a member of the ABA TIPS Insurance Coverage Committee, the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Drug and Medical Device Committee, the DRI Life, Health and Disability Committee, the DRI Technology Committee (Arizona Representative) and the AADC Product Liability Committee.
