   Ms. Bressler was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law New Orleans, Louisiana in 1988. Ms. Bressler was the Vice-President of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International. She received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1985 after transferring from the English and History Honors Programs at Tulane University's Sophie Newcomb College in 1983.
   
   Ms. Bressler is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. She has also served as a guardian ad litem for Broward Lawyers Care, representing minors involved in child custody disputes. Ms. Bressler participates yearly in a seminar sponsored by the Bankruptcy Bar Association.
   
   Ms. Bressler's law practice concentrates in bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in cases involving complex financial issues, forensic accounting, commercial fraud, securities fraud and stockbroker liability. She also represents various bankruptcy trustees.
