   Eileen Chusid, Ph.D., associate professor in the division and Director of Institutional Research, succeeded Dr. Bressler as Dean of the Pre- Clinical Sciences division.

   Robert S. Bressler, Ph.D., Dean of the Pre- Clinical Sciences division at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) since September, 1992, decided to return full-time to teaching courses in the pre-clinical sciences at the College as of the beginning of January, 2006. Dr. Bressler has taught at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine since 1985, when he was appointed as a professor of Anatomy, and has also maintained a Professorial appointment at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, his previous place of employment. From 1987 to 1992, he served in alternate years as Chairman of the Anatomy Department at NYCPM. During his 43 years of teaching, Dr. Bressler has also taught courses at a number of local colleges and universities, including Touro, the SUNY Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Medical College, both City College and the Graduate Faculty of the City University of New York (where Dr. Chusid took three courses of his), the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Baruch College, New York University, and Pace College.
