Karl Bressler founded AGAR more than 60 years ago, selling meat to Chinese restaurants.Many local Chinese restaurant owners had difficulty acquiring the special cuts of pork they required.By developing a way to deliver specialized cuts of meat, Karl Bressler was able to satisfy the needs of a growing local community.
