   Andrea Bressel - Producer/Writer The producer and writer of the San Joaquin Valley Partnership series is Andrea Bressel. She has extensive experience with program production and is now in her fourth season producing KVPT's award-winning parenting program, 0 to 5 in 30 Minutes! In addition, Andrea serves as Production/Continuity Director at Valley Public Television where she manages and produces many of the stations locally-created on-air programs. Prior to KVPT, Andrea worked in commercial television for more than 8 years as a news program producer at KFSN, an ABC owned and operated station.
