   Richard E. Bresnahan - Executive Vice President
   
   Mr. Bresnahan has over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare information systems, including department management, project management, consulting, and business development. Having held positions with healthcare provider organizations, system vendors and management consulting firms, Mr. Bresnahan has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and a proven ability to deliver high quality results.
   
   Prior to co-founding Monterey Bay Group, Mr. Bresnahan served as Vice President of Business Development for BRC Health Care, a facilities management/outsourcing firm. His extensive project management skills were perfected during six years at Integrated Systems Technology, Inc., where he held the position of Vice President responsible for major healthcare system development and implementation projects. Additionally, Mr. Bresnahan spent five years at Compucare, in the role of Vice President of Consulting, where he conducted and directed numerous strategic planning engagements. Mr. Bresnahan's career also includes positions with BAXTER and with Tripler and Letterman Medical Centers.
   
   Mr. Bresnahan graduated from Purdue University, holding a BS degree in Institutional Administration. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
