Saturday, December 8, 2001 -- (NORTHAMPTON) - Ann R. Bresnahan, 94, formerly of 44 Bancroft Road, died Dec. 5 in Indiana.
She was educated in local schools and was a graduate of the former St. Michael's High School. She was employed by the former New England Telephone Co. for more than 52 years.
She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
Her husband, James Bresnahan, died earlier.
She leaves a daughter, Ellen J. Wampler of Greenwood, Ind.; two granddaughters; a great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
A private funeral will be held Monday morning at the Blessed Sacrament Church with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, all in Northampton.
