   Dr. Bresman concentrates his efforts on providing senior technical oversight to Fibersense programs as well as on developing and utilizing the Company's intellectual property.
   
   Prior to founding Fibersense, Dr. Bresman was Director of Optical Instruments at Northrop's Electronics Systems Division where he was responsible for ring laser and fiber optic gyroscope development. Dr. Bresman headed a team of scientists and engineers who developed a unique non-dithered, magnetic mirror, laser gyroscope for tactical applications. The Optical Instruments Team received several Northrop corporate awards for excellent technical achievements including recognition for the highest R&D project scores awarded by the U.S. Government's technology evaluation panel.
   
   Dr. Bresman holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and a B.S. degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is published in the field of laser technology and is named on several related patents.
