   CSD announced that it has promoted Lori Breslow to senior vice president and chief programs officer.Her appointment is effective Dec. 2.
   
   Breslow, who is currently a division director in the company´s Texas office, will become a member of CSD's executive management team, with responsibility for all of the company's human service initiatives.

   Breslow brings 15 years of experience in program management, supervision, grant writing and public policy to her new role at CSD.As a division director in Texas, Breslow was responsible for the overall management and operations of four CSD Texas branch offices, working with the state's legislative bodies and community leaders on deaf and hard of hearing initiatives, and educating the public regarding the company's commitment to broad-based human services.Prior to that, she was a research and development associate at CSD, where she sought funding sources and submitted grant applications for new and existing programs.She was also a program director at CSD of Minnesota.Breslow has several years of experience in the area of telecommunications relay services and other deaf human service programs.Breslow earned her master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Arizona in Tucson and her bachelor's degree in psychology and special education from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.
