LOREN BRESLOW concentrates her practice in the representation of management in all aspects of Labor and Employment Law.Her emphasis lies traditional labor issues, including, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice charges, election issues, and other traditional labor matters.Areas of litigation include Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the federal and state leave laws, and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.Ms. Breslow also assists in the counseling of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, employment-at-will, wrongful discharge and discrimination law matters.

Ms. Breslow has been with Archer & Greiner since June of 1999, after relocating to South Jersey.Ms. Breslow graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied History/Political Science in 1995.After graduating, she attended Seton Hall University Law School in Newark, New Jersey where she graduated in 1998.Ms. Breslow is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
