Len Breslow is a partner at Breslow & Walker, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, public and private securities offerings, and other transactional and general corporate matters.He serves as counsel to numerous domestic and foreign public and private companies at various stages of development including technology, media, software, healthcare, medical device, information services, retail, investment banking, consumer products, and others.Breslow counsels clients in corporate and security related matters including venture capital investments, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing and distribution agreements, fund formation and general corporate matters.He also serves as pro bono legal counsel to start-up companies being hosted by the Stern Incubator at the New York University Stern School of Business Berkley Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
Breslow is a director of The Tender Loving Care Foundation, a nonprofit organization that was started by parents of "graduates" of the Neonatal Intensive Care Units within the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.The TLC Foundation was set up to support the NICUs and to help parents and family members to cope.He also coaches a variety of his children's youth teams, including a 4th grade boys travel basketball team, a 1st grade girls intramural soccer team, a tots soccer team, a boys intramural baseball team, and a girls intramural softball team.
A member of LISTnet and the Long Island Capital Alliance, he graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics, and received his JD/MBA in Finance from New York University where he was Editor of the Moot Court Board and a Norman S. Ostrow Scholar.
