   Mr. Bresler is responsible for the overall technological direction of the company. He is involved in the strategic business plan of the organization and actively participates in the executive decision making process. As CTO, Mr Bresler goal is to provide the company with the vision to master information technology as a competitive tool. His knowledge of administrative procedures, budgeting, hiring, and supervision insure projects are on time and on track. He actively works with software, hardware, and computer specialists to facilitate the clients' goals with his highly skilled team of IT specialists and support personnel to carry out the various aspects of their projects. Mr. Bresler supervises the employees, reviews their output, and establishes procedures and policies IT. In addition, he provides his team the vision to master the information technology challenges and manages the proposes budgets for projects, makes decisions on staff, training, and equipment purchases. He has dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Management and Technology Management from the University of Maryland , College Park , Maryland . In addition, Mr. Bresler holds several computer certifications from various companies such as Microsoft and Compaq.
