Dave specializes primarily in wage-and-hour litigation and consulting and has performed extensive services in this area. Prior to joining HMI's Litigation Group, he spent several years in the firm's Financial Accounting and Compliance Departments. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Chico. Dave is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

   Dave Breshears - On January 1, 2002, Dave joined the HMI San Francisco Litigation department as an Associate.Dave received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Chico.Prior to joining the HMI Litigation department, Dave gained 2 ½ years of audit and fraud detection experience in HMI's Compliance and Financial Audit departments.We are pleased to announce his promotion to the level of Manager.
