   Michael Bresges is responsible for DCM Sales & Marketing in Europe, which encompasses Fixed Income, Credit and the entire range of Derivative Products. In addition, Michael is heading the DCM Business Management Committee for DCM's European businesses.
   
   Mr. Bresges joined CIBC World Markets in 1995 with responsibility for building CIBC's European derivatives capabilities. Prior to that, Michael spend close to 9 years with Bankers Trust in London, New York and Frankfurt, his main focus being the distribution, Structuring and Development of Derivatives products for Institutional Investors, first, in Germany and, later, across Europe. Michael started his career at Commerzbank in Germany in 1978.
   
   Mr. Bresges holds a MBA ("DiplomKaufmann") from Cologne University, Cologne/Germany; he is married with 3 children.
