    The «Universal Declaration of Youth Rights and Duties» has been written in Milan , on December 25th 1992 by Giuseppe Rodolfo Brera , President of the Italian Society of Adolescentology ( SIAd ) , founder , past-president and European coordinator of the World Federation and Society of Adolescentology ( WFSA ) , Rector of the Università Ambrosiana , with the aim of founding an ethical order grounded on anthropological basis , that could make responsible at the same time the Governments and the youths.
