   REEDSVILLE - Henry W. Breon, 73, of Outlook Pointe, Reedsville, formerly of Spring Mills, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, at the Lewistown Hospital, Lewistown, Pa.

   Henry farmed in Gregg township, then went to work for Neese Chemical Company in State College, and later for Cerro Metals of Bellefonte. He retired from Rockview State Correctional institution after more than 20 years of service. After his retirement he worked part time for NAPA, and as a crossing guard for Centre Hall elementary School. On Nov. 25, 1951, he married Sara K. Ilgen who preceded him in death on Nov. 8, 2002. Henry was extremely dedicated and gave countless hours of his time to Gregg Township Fire and Ambulance companies and Centre Hall Fire Co., as well as the Centre County Fire Police. Recently he was awarded a plaque for being the oldest living member still associated with the Gregg Township Fire Co. He was also a member of the Central District Fire Association. He had served as an umpire for Penns Valley little league and for Penns Valley AYSL. He was a member of the Gregg Township Alumni Association and of New Hope Lutheran Church.
